[v1.2] Better plugin handling and bot control
- Every plugin is now imported as a package using require()
- New reboot plugin to reload and reboot the bot
- Refined antilink part of antispam plugin
- Fixed CAPTCHAs and patched the lua-captcha lib to not spaz out with various malloc() errors (thanks for the help @giuseppeM99 <3)
- Fixed statistics plugin, bot now actually adds users to the chat:id:users set now
- Added a self.is_ai flag to alert other plugins that might conflict that the AI has already handled the message
- Added tesseract training data (thanks to the tesseract team)
